Make sure you use lowercase for the login info.

If you can't connect to the site, IE needs to be adjusted, Tools/Internet Options/Advanced then scroll down under the Browsing heading and make sure use Passive FTP is not Checked. Then shut down IE and restart IE.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 you need to complete the above and try to login. When the login fails then click page on the upper right side of your IE, then click open FTP site in Windows Explorer. Then relog in again.
