PEC is in its third decade of providing utility
system owners with cost effective solutions to water, wastewater,
and reuse infrastructure problems. Innovative designs for water,
wastewater, and reuse systems have been planned, designed, permitted
and constructed for over 200 Central Florida facilities.
Our PEC staff has successfully completed the planning, engineering and permitting for new and/or improved/rehabilitated wastewater lift/pump stations, as well as booster pumping stations, and new or upgrades to numerous water and wastewater treatment plants, design and permitting of hundreds of miles of gravity and collection force mains, water distribution main and effluent disposal transmission systems ranging in size to 36-inch diameter mains. Our
staff has developed numerous master water and wastewater
plans; capital improvement programs; water and wastewater
elements for comprehensive plans. We have developed extensive
water and wastewater system models to support our engineering
recommendations and master plans. We have provided these
customized models on disk to our client s to integrate into
their computer systems. Our staff has also provided training
