As a full-service civil and environmental and land

base required to provide Construction Administration and CEI
Services for our clients during the construction phase. We have
the proven ability to administer construction contracts for
roadway construction, water and wastewater systems, land development,
and stormwater management construction.
PEC also has a history of providing CEI services resulting in the successful completion of a construction contract that is in conformance to the contract, specifications and regulatory permits. Our personnel provides and maintains organized records, accurate documentation, schedule control, pay request analysis, contractor negotiations, team communications and project issue clarification, collectively resulting in a successful construction project. We have more than sufficient staffing with availability to provide construction administration and CEI services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
