The PEC Surveyors have been performing Transportation Surveying in Florida since 1984. We are pre-qualified by the Florida Department of Transportation to perform engineering design surveys and right-of-way mapping surveying and preparation. We have performed over 55 miles of Design Surveys and Right-of-way mapping on State, County and City roadways. We use state of the art field and office equipment to collect and process the surveying information. The preparation of the right-of-way taking legal descriptions is performed in conformance with Florida Statutes.

We are considered experts in the surveying and preparation of Eminent Domain surveys and exhibits in support of the expert witness activity during the right-of-way acquisition phase of the transportation projects. We have prepared over one thousand such exhibits for the FDOT District 5 Eminent Domain Expert projects and in support of the expert Civil Engineers and Real Estate Appraiser professionals during the acquisition phase of transportation projects. This Eminent Domain experience makes the PEC Surveyors and Mappers unique in the Central Florida area.
